First sentence of the official 9/11 Commission report on the terrorist attacks that were launched against the United States that morning. The name 'Temps de Guerre' refers to the two meanings of the French word 'temps' which is 'weather' and 'time'.
"Tuesday, september 11, 2001, dawned temperate ans nearly cloudless in the eastern United States..." Eerste zin uit het rapport van de "9-11 commission" over de aanslagen van 11 september in de Nerenigde Staten.
De naam 'Temps de guerre' verwijst naar de twee betekenissen van het Franse woord 'temps': 'weer' en 'tijd'.
